Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller

Jeff Hanson is Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, based at the Company head office in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, responsible for providing financial leadership to the company’s core financial functions and global operations.

Mr. Hanson joined Birla Carbon in 2002 as the Controller for the North America operations. In 2004, Mr. Hanson was promoted to the position of Corporate Controller and in 2015 assumed his current role.

Prior to joining Birla Carbon, Mr. Hanson held positions of increasing responsibility at Turner Broadcasting Systems, Illinois Tool Works and Superior Essex.

Mr. Hanson is a Certified Management Accountant with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Central Michigan University and a Master’s degree from Kennesaw State University.
