Chief Digital & Information Officer

Madhavi Kanumoory is the Chief Digital and Information Officer, Birla Carbon, and is based at the Birla Carbon office in Mumbai, India. She is responsible for all aspects of the company’s digital and information technology strategy and leads digital transformation by leveraging information systems to create value for Birla Carbon globally.
Mrs. Kanumoory has more than 20 years of experience in IT and Technology leadership roles. Before joining Birla Carbon, Mrs. Kanumoory served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Healthcare Global Enterprise based in Bangalore, India. Prior to this, she held various leadership roles at General Electric Company, Bell Helicopter and Zeon Chemicals in the United States and India.

Mrs. Kanumoory holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering, Mysore, India.
